Guillaume is a Partner with KPMG Advisory practice in Singapore where he heads the Customer and Strategy Practice. He has 27 years of experience in the Tech industry. Prior to joining KPMG as a Partner, he was the Head of Strategy at Mediacorp where he drove digital transformation, innovation and investments between 2012 and 2017. He was subsequently appointed Head of Social to manage social media and digital marketing activities. Prior to Mediacorp, Guillaume was a Partner and Managing Director with the strategy practice of Accenture, responsible for Telecom, Media and Tech strategy clients across Southeast Asia.
Over the years, he has developed deep digital and customer experience expertise across the APAC region. He has spent more than 20 years in Asia, working in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Brunei, Vietnam, Philippines, Korea and China. Recognized as a thought leader in the tech industry, Guillaume is a regular speaker and writer. In particular, he wrote more than 20 articles and white papers on tech and innovation for various organizations and publications.

The entries will be deliberated by a panel of experts from the region’s top accounting firms based on the judging criteria below.

Nomination is free of charge. Should you win, the winners package secures your seats at the prestigious awards dinner and gives you access to a wide range of valuable benefits at an exclusive cost.
ELIGIBILITY
The awards programme is on the lookout for outstanding experience initiatives such as projects, products, services, strategies, campaigns, or case studies that were either:
• launched, in part or full, over the last 24 calendar months
• launched prior to 24 calendar months and had any recent improvements or upgrades
Companies in the following industries are not eligible to join the awards programme: cryptocurrency, tobacco, multilevel marketing, and products with claim of health benefits.

HOW TO ENTER?

Guillaume is a Partner with KPMG Advisory practice in Singapore where he heads the Customer and Strategy Practice. He has 27 years of experience in the Tech industry. Prior to joining KPMG as a Partner, he was the Head of Strategy at Mediacorp where he drove digital transformation, innovation and investments between 2012 and 2017. He was subsequently appointed Head of Social to manage social media and digital marketing activities. Prior to Mediacorp, Guillaume was a Partner and Managing Director with the strategy practice of Accenture, responsible for Telecom, Media and Tech strategy clients across Southeast Asia.
Over the years, he has developed deep digital and customer experience expertise across the APAC region. He has spent more than 20 years in Asia, working in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Brunei, Vietnam, Philippines, Korea and China. Recognized as a thought leader in the tech industry, Guillaume is a regular speaker and writer. In particular, he wrote more than 20 articles and white papers on tech and innovation for various organizations and publications.

Previously, Andrew was a managing director at a multinational digital consultancy responsible for business strategy and growth in Singapore, Australia and Thailand.
Prior to that, he headed a research center in an Australian university driving mobile innovation and industrial collaborations with the public and private sectors.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Software Engineering) (Hons) from Queensland University of Technology, Australia.

How do I nominate?
You can send an entry via the online nomination form where you have to fill in details about your company and the project, product or service that you wish to enter. You also have to submit a 500 word write up summarizing your project details and why it should win an award.
How many winners per category?
The awards will be given on a country-level basis. There will be one winner per category and its corresponding industry for each country.
I.e.
- Malaysia Customer Experience Award of the Year - Banking
- Singapore Customer Experience Award of the Year - Banking
Can I send two or more entries for our company?
You can send a maximum of three (3) entries. If you are nominating several projects, please enter each entry separately.
What can I nominate?
You can nominate outstanding experience initiatives such as projects, products, services, strategies, campaigns, or case studies that were either:
- launched, in part or full, over the last 24 calendar months
- launched prior to 24 calendar months and had any recent improvements or upgrades
