Citibank Singapore Limited was lauded at the Asian Experience Awards 2025 with the Singapore Customer Experience of the Year - Banking, Singapore Digital Experience of the Year - Banking, and Singapore Service Experience of the Year - Banking accolades.
The Citi Mobile® App
Amongst the bank’s award-winning initiatives is The Citi Mobile® App, designed as a gateway for diversification of wealth, personalised wealth journeys and truly seamless global possibilities.
Every touchpoint within the app has been redesigned to be simpler, personalised for Citi’s clients. Through the app, clients can enjoy seamless digital onboarding with Singpass, top-ups for Citibank Global Wallet and Citibank Brokerage, sorting and filtering of Investment Funds, instant transaction authorisation, as well as instant cross-border transfer capabilities for selected transactions.
Notably, Citi is amongst the first in market to unveil a reimagined pre-login experience on The Citi Mobile® App with an integration of wealth-building features and personalised wealth insights.
Enhancing engagement across every client interaction
In a move to elevate its client experience, Citi recently launched its AI-powered 24/7 Chatbot. This digital assistant delivers instant responses to common queries and routes further complex queries to respective customer service officers or Citi’s Client Advisors, ensuring comprehensive and dedicated support to address clients.
Additionally, in Citi’s effort to enhance communication with clients, Citi introduced WhatsApp Business for clients to securely connect with their Client Advisors.
