Mah Sing Group Berhad achieved a significant milestone at the Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards 2026, winning two category awards—Enterprise Software – Real Estate and Mobile – Real Estate—in recognition of its comprehensive digital transformation and technology-driven approach to redefining the property purchase and ownership journey in Malaysia.

The Group was recognised in the Enterprise Software – Real Estate category for its fully integrated real estate ecosystem, an enterprise-wide digital framework that seamlessly connects customer engagement, operational processes, and data intelligence into a single platform.

Designed to transform traditional property development and purchase into a digital-first, end-to-end experience, the ecosystem integrates Salesforce CRM, ERP, and a centralised Data Warehouse. This integration ensures that every customer touchpoint—from initial enquiry and sales engagement through vacant possession and ongoing ownership—is connected, transparent, and efficient.

At the customer engagement level, Salesforce CRM plays a central role in managing relationships across the sales lifecycle. Conceived as a single digital touchpoint, the MY Mah Sing App supports users throughout the entire property ownership journey. From pre-purchase to post-vacant possession living, the application consolidates essential information, transactions, and services into a user-friendly mobile experience. Buyers can access detailed property information and construction progress updates, while financial and administrative processes—such as statements, payments, and document access—are digitised for greater convenience.

Following vacant possession, the app evolves into a comprehensive residential management tool, enabling facility bookings, visitor pre-registration, renovation applications, contractor registration, and in-app communication with property management. By digitising processes and documentation, the platform also supports sustainability efforts through reduced paper usage.
