Thai Life Insurance Public Company Limited honoured at Asian Innovation Excellence Awards 2025

The company’s “TLI Agent Role Play” initiative reshaped learning across its network, improving agent confidence, engagement, and performance.

Thai Life Insurance Public Company Limited received an accolade in the Thailand Learning & Development Innovation of the Year - Life Insurance category at the Asian Innovation Excellence Awards 2025 for its “TLI Agent Role Play (AI)” platform. The award recognises the company’s measurable progress in agent training and evaluation through the use of human-centric artificial intelligence.

The “TLI Agent Role Play (AI)” system employs an AI engine that examines vocal tone, speech pace, and filler words in real time. After each practice session, it generates an immediate, structured report outlining an agent’s strengths and areas for improvement. The analysis measures accuracy, composure, and delivery, giving trainers a concrete basis for subsequent development.

Since deployment, the platform has enabled new agents to gain confidence in client discussions and reduce the time needed to achieve proficiency. Conventional role-play sessions relied heavily on fixed schedules and trainer availability. Those constraints no longer apply. Agents can now practise realistic scenarios at any time of day, choosing customer profiles that mirror actual field conditions.

The programme’s analytical capability supports consistent performance tracking across Thai Life Insurance’s employees. Learners can review results privately, repeat exercises when needed, and monitor progress over time.

Built-in language settings and camera-based evaluations have expanded access and improved the precision of feedback. This structured approach has produced verifiable gains in readiness amongst newly certified agents and strengthened overall training quality.

This recognition affirms Thai Life Insurance’s commitment to embracing innovation that empowers its people and enhances service excellence. By integrating cutting-edge AI into agent development, the company not only modernises its training methods but also ensures its workforce is equipped to meet evolving customer needs with confidence and professionalism.

The Asian Innovation Excellence Awards honours companies that achieve measurable outcomes and address key challenges through innovation and operational improvement, recognising initiatives that drive meaningful progress across diverse industries in the region.
