BOSS Solutions Global lands three top awards at Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards

Its HRSM system is powered by AI capabilities, making processes more efficient and streamlined.

Software development firm BOSS Solutions Global was lauded at the recently held Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards as the recipient of the win in the Software - Human Resource Technology category for its capabilities that helped streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall employee engagement.

Amongst its milestones in the past year include the provision of a comprehensive cloud-based Enterprise Human Resources Management System (HRMS) with more than 30 modules, including HR core, workforce management, talent management, benefit & compensation, amongst others.

Its HRMS is also powered by advanced AI predictive analytics, which is able to forecast attrition based on historical data and signal HR to take proactive measures in retaining valuable talent via retention strategies and reduce turnover costs.

For recruitment, the AI technology implemented by BOSS allows resume parsing, candidate matching, and predictive analytics that enhance candidate sourcing capabilities, leading to quicker identification of top talent. It provides a streamlined and efficient workflow for recruitment tasks, automating repetitive processes for future positions.

The platform also undergoes regular security audits and certifications, prioritising data security and compliance with regulatory standards.

Moreover, BOSS has made its HRMS accessible via BOSS HR Connect mobile app, available on smartphones and tablets. This app empowers employees to engage in Employee Self Service (ESS), allowing them to update employee profiles, and leave applications, check attendance records, review leave balances, access pay slips, and submit claims.

BOSS HR Connect also comes with managerial capabilities specifically designed for superiors to access various HR functions and oversee and manage their team efficiently. Through in-app messaging/notifications, employees can stay connected with their superiors and organisations, fostering swift and effective communication.

“BOSS HRMS assists our customers as they pursue sustained success and growth. The comprehensive system helps to improve the operational efficiency, strategic decision-making and optimise talent management,” the company said.
