Abundent takes home Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards for AI automation
It has fully automated course thumbnail generation, trainer profile generation, and trainer course assignment and scheduling.
Digital transformation and edtech solutions provider Abundent bagged the AI - Education category win at the coveted Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards for its application of AI technology in generating trainer profiles from their curriculum vitae and automatically assigning courses and intakes to trainers based on their skill sets as well as scheduling those intakes via ICS files.
Since the technology now automates the trainer assignment and profile generation processes, any new trainer that signs up with Abundent automatically has their profile created. The AI then automatically assigns courses and intakes to them based on their availability once approved. In addition, their intakes are automatically posted on social media.
Moreover, the company implemented an automatic OG on-page SEO whenever new courses
are created, thereby ranking high in search results. This allowed Abundent to boost its visibility in Malaysia amongst training providers in terms of search traffic for over 300 common search keywords within IT training. Its images are now fully generated by Dall-E 3 and automated upon course creation as well.
The automation process has also enabled the company to implement fully automated intro videos of around 30 seconds to a minute for each course using HeyGen AI generator. The company has also implemented Text-to-Video capability for its social media postings.
