TikTok launches 'Lead Genie' AI chatbot

When businesses reply within three minutes, conversions can increase by 2.2 times.

TikTok has launched its new artificial intelligence-powered tool, the TikTok Direct Message AI Chatbot, also known as TikTok Lead Genie, to serve daily direct messages.

The company said that when businesses reply to a customer within three minutes, conversions can increase by 2.2 times, a responsiveness that the new tool is designed to maintain 24/7.

Early adopter DrHoat in Vietnam demonstrated a significant reduction in Cost Per Lead by 80%, saving 300 man-hours daily, and generating over $23,000 in daily revenue.

Businesses can activate the chatbot in the Message Centre under the Business Suite within the app.
