EMPORION, short for Enterprise Management Platform for Operations Real-time Intelligence & Oversight Network, is an AI-powered, end-to-end system that integrates real-time risk monitoring, global shipment visibility, and AI-driven logistics optimisation. It connects every stage of the value chain, from sourcing to last-mile delivery, strengthening both operational agility and food security.

The platform is built on a network of strategic partnerships and advanced technologies. Through Everstream Analytics, EMPORION uses predictive analytics to forecast and monitor global disruptions such as trade tensions, port and transportation bottlenecks, and climate-related events. Trames’ vessel and container tracking system provides visibility across international shipments, helping the company cut demurrage and detention costs. Meanwhile, A*STAR’s AI-powered Transport Management System optimises delivery routes, reducing transport costs by up to 15% and lowering emissions through smarter logistics.

EMPORION also integrates Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Blue Yonder Sales & Operations Planning, and Power BI dashboards to synchronise information across sourcing, manufacturing, finance, and sustainability functions.
