PT InfomediaNusantara recognised for digital transformation at Indonesia Technology Excellence Awards 2025

The company achieved success by transforming payroll, finance, and procurement workflows through intelligent automation and AI.

PT InfomediaNusantara won the Emerging Technology - Business Services category at the Indonesia Technology Excellence Awards 2025. The recognition covered its integrated platforms: MyDX Business Process Management (BPM), Document AI, and Digital RDMS, which together reshaped how enterprises handle back-office operations.

PT InfomediaNusantara positioned MyDX as the central layer for managing workflows in finance, human resources, and procurement. The platform directed approval cycles, tracked activity, and provided full audit trails.

Document AI supported this by extracting and validating data from invoices, timesheets, and other records, removing the delays of manual verification. Digital RDMS added structure to document handling, creating secure archives with instant retrieval for audit or compliance checks. Each platform had a specific role, but their strength lay in how they worked together.

The company demonstrated the results across different functions. In finance, vendor payments that once took days were completed up to 70% faster, whilst invoice errors fell to almost zero. Payroll operations also shifted, covering more than 33,000 employees across the country with shorter cycles and reliable outputs. Procurement followed a similar pattern, with approval times for purchase requests and orders reduced by 40 to 60% and invoice matching accuracy improved by more than 90%. Vendors received payments sooner, and accountability across processes increased.

PT InfomediaNusantara reported that its Shared Service Operations business grew 5% in Fiscal Year 2024. That figure showed the commercial impact of digital transformation beyond operational improvements. Clients that adopted the solutions also gained in practical ways, recording lower costs, faster preparation for audits, and stronger alignment with regulatory standards.

The company’s work demonstrated that measurable improvements in speed, accuracy, and compliance could be achieved through integrated digital platforms.
