Tingee by HENO wins at Asian Technology Excellence Awards 2025

The Vietnamese fintech company is driving open banking innovation and building the next-generation Neobank platform.

Tingee by HENO was honoured with the Vietnam Technology Excellence Award for API - Financial Technology in the Asian Technology Excellence Awards 2025 for Tingee BAAS - BankHub Open API, an open banking platform that not only offers hundreds of banking service APIs but also integrates a wide range of essential financial services for businesses of all sizes.

The leading platform is an official partner of 12+ leading banks in Vietnam, as well as 10+ providers of tax, accounting, and other financial services. Customers can leverage the platform for their core business operations through Webhooks and Open APIs, or via Tingee’s SaaS applications to solve various financial management problems — such as automated reconciliation, branch-level revenue splitting, centralised cash flow monitoring, and automated financial workflows.

As of the end of Q2 this year, Tingee is trusted by over 70,000 merchants who use the platform daily to manage mission-critical operations. With more than 90% reporting high satisfaction and long-term engagement, Tingee has become a key financial infrastructure across sectors. It reduces manual processing by up to 60% and boosts cash flow management efficiency by up to 80%. Tiingee’s customer base spans a wide range of industries, including retail, F&B, education, healthcare, logistics, energy, and public administration.

Currently, the platform processes over 1 million transactions daily, with a total transaction value reaching approximately VND100t (nearly US$4b) in the first nine months of this year alone. These figures not only reflect strong customer adoption but also demonstrate the robustness of Tingee’s infrastructure and the capabilities of Tingee’s team — the result of nearly four years of dedicated development.

Tingee by HENO is aiming to become a comprehensive Neobank by providing all essential financial services through a single, unified solution. This vision is being realised through the continued development and delivery of a diverse range of highly customisable products and services. At the same time, HENO is actively expanding its network of integrated partners to enrich its BankHub ecosystem. The company also plans to expand into other high-potential Southeast Asian markets by 2026.
