Expereo Asia Pacific wins at Asian Experience Awards 2025 for culture initiative

Its Expereo Heroes initiative has created a customer-centric culture, where customers have provided positive feedback on the company’s services

Expereo Singapore was awarded the Singapore Employee Experience of the Year - IT Services accolade at the Asian Experience Awards 2025, in recognition of its Expereo Heroes initiative. The programme has successfully built a people-first culture, heavily investing in talent that directly drives customer satisfaction and business impact across Asia Pacific.

Expereo Heroes unites employees from over 50 markets under a shared culture of growth, inclusion, and well-being. Its goal is simple but powerful: to create a customer-centric organisation by empowering employees to thrive, grow, and lead.

At the heart of the initiative are seven guiding behaviours that shape how Expereo teams work. A role model is selected in each participating country, and they are evaluated based on the seven behaviours that exemplify the initiative’s purpose. They are: (1) heroes take personal responsibility, (2) heroes communicate with purpose & clarity, (3) heroes are authentic, warm, and friendly, (4) heroes are proactive and act with speed, (5) heroes show up ready to amaze, (6) heroes build on their strengths, and (7) heroes create moments of brilliance.

These activities have increased employee engagement, translating to frontline customer satisfaction. An impressive 100% of employees know their work contributes to the goals of Expereo, with 94% holding themselves and their team members accountable for results. Employees have also consistently cited the clarity of communication, accessibility of upskilling, and recognition culture as drivers of their satisfaction. “This initiative has enabled us to make a meaningful impact whilst strengthening our cohesion as a team. It is an experience that demonstrates the core values of our organisation,” said Linda Norman, Manager, Global Delivery Operations.

These outcomes have translated into real business impact: faster onboarding, lower support escalations, and higher client satisfaction.

“By embedding inclusivity and empowerment into its DNA, Expereo has not only retained top talent in a competitive regional market, but has also created a scalable model, human-centric growth. The Expereo Heroes is now a strategic conerstone of operational excellence — where employee experience fuels customer success,” said Eric Wong, President – APAC, Expereo.
