Asian Experience Awards 2023 is now open for nominations

Companies from all industries in Asia may submit their entries until 21 July 2023.

Businesses are now challenged to keep raising the bar as customers continue to demand for products and services that are unique, innovative, and dynamic. In recognition of effective and impactful initiatives that companies introduced this year, Asian Business Review proudly opens nominations for the Asian Experience Awards 2023.

This year’s awards programme, the third since its launch in 2021, seeks to recognise the enterprising initiatives of companies that delivered meaningful brand experiences to their stakeholders.

Nominations are open to companies in all industries in Asia. Awards will be given on a country-level basis, and there will only be one winner per category and its corresponding industry for each country.

Categories include:

  • Brand Experience of the Year
  • Customer Experience of the Year
  • Digital Experience of the Year
  • Distribution Experience of the Year
  • Employee Experience of the Year
  • Partner Experience of the Year
  • Product Experience of the Year
  • Sales Experience of the Year
  • Service Experience of the Year
  • User Experience of the Year

Zurich Malaysia was amongst the winners from last year’s awards programme. The firm brought home two awards, Malaysia Brand Experience of the Year - Financial Services and Malaysia Customer Experience of the Year - Financial Services (Insurance).

“On behalf of all our colleagues here in Zurich Malaysia, we're extremely grateful for this recognition at the Asian Experience Awards 2022. For us, the customers are at the heart of all that we do and we strive really to provide a delightful experience for them and really to bring a peace of mind so that they can focus on embracing their lives. So for us, it's a meaningful recognition,” said Junior Cho, Country Head of Zurich Malaysia

If your company recently launched a standout initiative for its clients, potential customers, and employees, nominate it now! Submissions will be open from 17 April 2023 to 21 July 2023.

This year's entries will be deliberated by a panel of experts from the region’s top accounting firms and will be honoured at the awards dinner in Singapore on 12 October 2023.
