NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd wins at Asian Experience Awards 2025

The award recognises the organisation’s innovative, industry-aligned approach to sourcing, training, and placing tech talent.

NTUC LearningHub (NTUC LHUB) was commended at the Asian Experience Awards 2025, receiving recognition in the Singapore Brand Experience of the Year - Training and Development category for its impactful initiatives in strengthening Singapore’s workforce and enabling companies to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

As Singapore continues to grow as a regional tech hub, NTUC LHUB aims to bridge the tech talent gap through innovative and practical workforce initiatives. Following the successful launch of the NTUC LHUB Tech Talent Academy last year, it is now introducing #TechX, a series targeted at organisations seeking to build their tech workforce and capabilities.

NTUC LHUB’s series is designed as the go-to solution for companies seeking to build robust tech capabilities across all stages of workforce development. Comprising five strategic pillars, #TechX offers a comprehensive approach to talent acquisition, reskilling, and transformation, where NTUC LHUB adds value by helping businesses navigate these options seamlessly for smooth implementation.

From bridging skills gaps to driving enterprise-wide transformation, the series empowers organisations to stay competitive. #TechReady connects companies with NTUC LHUB’s SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) graduates to strengthen talent pipelines. Meanwhile, #TechStart equips fresh graduates with practical skills to onboard them into junior tech roles, with co-funded training and structured development plans under the Company-Led Training (CLT) programme.

For businesses looking to redeploy internal talent, #TechShift reskills employees into high-demand roles such as AI Developer, Agile Project Manager, and other in-demand roles under the Career Conversion Programme (CCP). To deepen expertise, #TechAdvance upskills existing tech teams for advanced positions like Cloud Architect or Agile Leader. Finally, #TechInnovate enables organisations to scale AI transformation across the enterprise through NTUC Company Training Committee (CTC)-backed initiatives, empowering in-house tech teams to progress into critical and future-ready roles.

All these 5 strategic pillars come under the NTUC LHUB Tech Talent Academy, which serves as a platform to bridge the gap between the demand for tech talent and skills aggregation through sourcing, training, and placement of workers in an integrated ecosystem. It is supported by Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and Workforce Singapore (WSG). NTUC’s Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) and PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd are supporting partners for the sourcing and placement of workers, whilst NTUC LHUB and Tech Talent Assembly (TTAB) continue to collaborate to curate, develop, and deliver training for enrolled learners, as well as to mentor them.

The Asian Experience Awards serves as a platform that honours ingenious initiatives of creative companies. It gives the rightful recognition to those that deliver meaningful brand experiences to their stakeholders. NTUC LHUB’s win underscores its leadership in creating a holistic, accessible, and industry-relevant ecosystem for tech talent development—strengthening Singapore’s competitiveness and enabling workers to thrive in the digital economy.
