LYNKID JOINT STOCK COMPANY received two national titles at the Asian Innovation Excellence Awards 2025: Vietnam Customer-Centric Innovation of the Year - Technology and Vietnam Financial Innovation of the Year - Financial Services. The recognition highlights the company’s measurable achievements in applying advanced technology to customer engagement and financial services.

Founded in 2020, LYNKID JOINT STOCK COMPANY operates LynkiD, Vietnam’s first open loyalty ecosystem that consolidates multiple reward programmes into one digital identity.

The Customer Engagement Platform allows users to earn and redeem loyalty points from numerous brands whilst helping enterprises centralise engagement activities and drive data-based insights. The system’s blockchain foundation, built on Hyperledger Fabric, provides transparent and verifiable transactions, whilst AI-supported analytics strengthen customer personalisation and campaign effectiveness.

LynkiD’s ecosystem currently connects more than 7 million users to over 1,000 brands, including VPBank, VPBankS, Singapore Airlines, VNPT, SkyJoy, OPES, PNJ, and Thế Giới Di Động. The platform handles about 20,000 point accumulation transactions and 10,000 redemptions each day, operating at 99.99% uptime for the past 20 months. Its customer satisfaction score of 4.96 out of 5 reflects consistent reliability and service responsiveness.

LynkiD’s compliance with Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also reinforces its ethical approach to digital governance.

Revenue rose by 351% in 2023 and 56% in 2024, driven by expanded enterprise partnerships and increasing adoption of the platform across industries. The company’s young and technically skilled workforce manages both product development and system optimisation. Their technical competence in AI, big data, and Internet of Things applications supports LynkiD’s position as a credible technology innovator in Vietnam’s digital economy.
