Inewvation International Corporation clinches Philippines Technology Excellence Awards 2024 with iconic LED screen

The display has been installed in preparation for the hosting of the FIBA World Cup in the Philippines.

Digital Display technology company Inewvation International Corporation received the Philippines Technology Excellence Awards in the Digital - Technology category for showcasing its expertise with the design, supply and installation of the New spherical LED display at the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City, completed on July 2023.

The state-of-the-art, transparent LED outdoor display spans an area of 2,122.60 square metres, featuring a pixel pitch of 75 mm. It provides a 360-degree viewing experience that complements the entire architecture of the location, offering a mesmerising display of radiance and illumination to enhance the night-time ambiance.

Furthermore, it utilises an advanced mesh display LED technology, renowned for its lightweight and waterproof properties, providing stability and safety to the LED structure and electrical components. It also uses a video controller and processor that allows the operators to schedule contents in real-time and enhance the brightness level as they wish depending on the need of the environment.

The visually enthralling see-through effect ensures clear viewing of the display at a minimum distance of 70mm.

Inewvation International has worked with SM Group to produce captivating visual content that represents the nation during its first-ever hosting of the prestigious basketball tournament FIBA World Cup 2023. During the event, the LED display has been encircled with a basketball ring, forming a colossal basketball figure at the area, captivating basketball fans and passersby in the area.

Whilst a project of such magnitude typically requires around 90 to 120 days to complete, Inewvation International has completed the display in just 40 days with round-the-clock work.
