impact.com bags win with game-changing affiliate partnership strategies at Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards 2025

It has successfully scaled YoloFoods’ growth and ROI through a suite of efficient solutions aimed at enhancing and streamlining its affiliate marketing programme.

Partnership management platform impact.com brought home the Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards 2025 in the Enterprise Software - Marketing category for its collaboration with YoloFoods, an e-commerce company delivering healthy meal plans, that has effectively championed success and growth for the latter with a 7x increase in ROI.

Through impact.com’s Marketplace, YoloFoods has gained access to a centralised platform for sourcing high-value partners to support its growth. With filtering options based on size, location, and partner type, the brand has been able to make informed decisions tailored to consumer needs and preferences. Key partnerships have included cashback platforms, which helped drive customer acquisition, as well as influencer collaborations to boost brand awareness and engagement.

YoloFoods has also been able to move beyond discount codes and introduce custom commission structures through impact.com’s Dynamic Payouts feature, offering bonuses for top performers or adjusting payouts for new and existing customers.

Meanwhile, the platform has provided advanced reporting tools to deliver precise tracking data — comprising actions, clicks, and more. This has enabled YoloFoods to track performance with greater accuracy, eliminate risks of double-dipping, and make data-driven decisions.

Prior to collaborating with impact.com, YoloFoods encountered challenges that included manual partner discovery and recruitment, inefficient commission strategy, and a lack of link tracking and attribution insights.

Now, it has seen significant improvements in its operations and overall affiliate programme, such as the recruitment of 300 unique partners, 7x ROI on affiliate marketing, and a 30% increase in web traffic.

The scalability offered by impact.com’s tools has thus allowed the e-commerce company to continue diversifying its partner network, target new markets, and adapt its strategies to changing customer behaviours.

“The affiliate marketing programme became a consistent, cost-effective channel for the brand, maintaining a ROAS of over 7.0. During slower periods, affiliate marketing helped drive conversions at a lower cost per purchase. This scalable approach helped YoloFoods navigate fluctuations, sustaining growth,” said Cris Tan, Associate Director, Publisher Development (SEA) at impact.com.
