G4S Indonesia wins Asian Management Excellence Awards 2025 for employee engagement strategies

A leading security services provider G4S Indonesia won the Indonesia Employee Engagement of the Year - Safety & Security category win at the coveted Asian Management Excellence Awards 2025 for its successful implementation of several strategic initiatives that have fostered a supportive, motivating, and performance-driven environment.

As part of its effort to empower employees, the company places a strong emphasis on recognising achievements, big or small, to boost morale and create a culture of appreciation that motivates continued success.

To ensure that feedback, concerns, and ideas can flow freely across all levels, G4S Indonesia has implemented multiple communication channels.
