ConnectOS Regional Headquarters honoured at Asian Experience Awards 2025

The company was applauded by the awards programme for launching initiatives for employee well-being and growth.

ConnectOS Regional Headquarters received the Philippines Employee Experience of the Year - Outsourcing accolade at the Asian Experience Awards 2025, highlighting its dedication to employee support.

Amongst ConnectOS’ flagship initiatives are COSy Kids and IGNITE, both designed to transform how businesses care for their people and to create balance between personal and professional well-being.

Before COSy Kids, working parents often felt overwhelmed trying to balance work and childcare. One mother described it as “a constant juggling act, torn between giving my best at work and worrying about my child’s safety.”

ConnectOS addressed this in November 2024 with the launch of COSy Kids, a free and in-office childcare facility. It has been proven efficient with more than 350 bookings in the first 6 months.

“Knowing my child is happy, safe, and learning has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders,” one parent shared. “I can focus on work without worry.”

Beyond childcare, ConnectOS Headquarters is also equipped with dedicated spaces that enhance the employee experience, including COS Wellness, for massage therapy and mental recharge; COS Play, for recreation and team bonding; as well as the COS Café and the COS Gym.

IGNITE, for its part, empowers career development. This initiative was launched in 2023 as a multi-touchpoint programme that supports new hires with real, proactive conversations through IGNITE Core; re-engages employees who may feel disconnected through IGNITE+; and offers compassionate offboarding and career transition support through ReIGNITE.

So far, IGNITE has supported 579 employees, spanning from new hires, those needing re-engagement, and employees navigating redundancy. Within these groups, nearly half of those tagged at risk of disengagement were re-engaged and retained, one in five impacted by redundancy were rehired, and more than a third continue to receive career support through ReIGNITE.

Through initiatives like COSy Kids, IGNITE, and a wide range of workplace programmes, ConnectOS has consistently earned high ratings across Glassdoor, Google, Jobstreet, and Indeed.

More than offering jobs, ConnectOS has turned itself into a workplace where people feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow.
