This has strengthened employee trust and connection with leadership and has improved cross-business unit (BU) collaboration and understanding.

“Hula Hoop Time” has emerged as one of ABeam’s hallmark engagement initiatives, now in its third year and celebrated for its remarkable impact on the organisation. Initially introduced to bridge the gaps created by hybrid work arrangements, the programme has since developed into a dynamic platform that not only rebuilds trust and strengthens collaboration but also infuses the workplace with a sense of joy and openness. By bringing employees together through interactive and wellness-focused activities, “Hula Hoop Time” has become a cornerstone for fostering genuine connections, boosting morale, and cultivating a vibrant, unified culture across ABeam.

The programme has delivered 85 dynamic sessions across various business units, with over 532 total repeat participants as part of its structure. The programme has strengthened team spirit and boosted morale through wellness-focused activities, cultivating a lively atmosphere of unity and teamwork.

Meanwhile, the Great Firm to Work (GFTW) programme has evolved into a pillar of ABeam’s commitment to building a workplace where employees thrive. What began as a feedback initiative has grown into a powerful, data-driven platform that empowers employee voices and drives meaningful organisational change across its global offices.

The firm’s GFTW FY25 survey has revealed an impressive employee engagement score of 4.22 out of 5.00 with a participation of 92%, marking a meaningful increase from FY24. This upward trend highlights ABeam’s continued success in nurturing a workplace culture where people feel genuinely supported and empowered.
