Straive recognised at the 2021 Asian Technology Excellence Awards

The company secured the Singapore Technology Excellence Award for AI – Data.

Straive (erstwhile SPi Global), an industry leader in technology-driven content and data solutions, was triumphant at the 2021 Asian Technology Excellence Awards after securing the Singapore Technology Excellence Award for AI – Data category. The company was recognised for developing its Straive Data Platform (SDP), an end-to-end data management platform focused on unstructured data solutions.

The recognition of SDP was due to its cutting-edge design, which was made to incorporate a cloud-native and microservices-based architecture. The platform uses artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities to support differentiated levels of data accuracy, quality, and automation for its users.

As an innovative technological business solution, the platform enables its clientele by extracting, enriching, and transforming the data gathered from any unstructured source into a structured form – supporting the three key needs of speed, coverage and accuracy for any business solution. SDP’s pre-built connectors and multiple ingestion paths capture data from various sources in both unstructured and structured formats. The platform then unifies the gathered data and moves it across different touch points while providing a robust, secure data processing environment.

Leveraging SDP, Straive provides its users with an easily customizable workflow through its automated systems, including – collection, extraction, and preparation of data, automatic scaling and seamless integration with third-party tools and products, as well as enterprise-grade Service Level Agreements.

Because of these efforts to provide accurate and secure data service to its clientele, the company was able to position itself as an industry leader in servicing text, vision, and public data intelligence needs across industries such as scientific content, financial services, risk and compliance, and legal and real estate.

“Through SDP, we are well-positioned to cater to a wide range of industries with our proprietary technology and a strong team of subject matter experts to apply and create customized industry solutions,” a company spokesperson said.

“We know that significant challenges in society, business, or people’s everyday lives are not solved overnight. Hence, we are committed to being in it for the long haul, whether it involves disseminating research content globally, helping learners achieve better outcomes, providing deeper insights through data, and contributing to the cause of sustainability,“ the company said.

Straive is poised to increase its service as its multi-geographical resource pool is strategically located in eight countries, particularly India, Philippines, USA, China, Nicaragua, Vietnam, United Kingdom, and Singapore.
