InstaPay, PESONet values surge 41% 9M 2025

Combined transactions coursed through InstaPay and PESONet reached $296.8b (₱17.46t) in the January to September period (9M 2025) this year, data from the BancNet and Philippine Clearing House Corporation showed.

The nine-month value grew 41.1% year-on-year (YoY).

The period also saw 2.89 billion transactions, nearly tripling from the previous year’s 974.41 million.

The value of InstaPay transactions soared by 54.5% YoY to $135.2b (₱7.95t) through September.

Its volume grew even faster, skyrocketing by 187.8% to 2.80 billion transactions.

In comparison, the value of PESONet transactions also reached $135.2b (₱7.95t), but with a more moderate 31.7% YoY climb. Its transaction volume increased by 16.2% YoY to 85.93 million.
