Celebrate outstanding business leaders, initiatives at Middle East Management Excellence Awards 2026

Take the lead and be amongst the recognised innovators who are shaping the business landscape in the region.

The Middle East boasts a wide array of leaders as well as innovations, which make it a dynamic business hub for growth and collaboration.

To give recognition to these key players and initiatives, the Middle East Management Excellence Awards 2026 is back with an even stronger spotlight on transformational leadership and workforce engagement.

The prestigious awards programme honours the meaningful changes driven by the integral parts of the Middle East’s business landscape, including executives’ excellent leadership, teams that define business excellence, and initiatives that champion employee wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion.

If your organisation has set new benchmarks in the industry, take this opportunity and secure the recognition you deserve. Nominations will be accepted until 29 May 2026.

Speaking with Asian Business Review, Surya Narayanan Krishna Moorthy, Senior Partner & Chief Executive Officer (Northern Emirates of UAE), Baker Tilly, who was one of the judges for the 2025 awards programme, underscored the core attributes he prioritised whilst evaluating entries: “considerable innovation, substantial impression on society-at-large, and intensifying upcoming positive prospects.”

Meanwhile, Shivendra Jha, Partner - Head of Advisory Services and International Liaison Partner (ILP), BDO UAE, who was previously a judge during the 2025 awards programme, said that winning entries were those that “demonstrate measurable impact, strategic clarity, and leadership that drives transformation.”

The Middle East Management Excellence Awards, presented by Asian Business Review, is set to hold its awards dinner in September 2026.
