S-Pure clinches win at Asian Export Awards 2022

Its S-Pure chicken brand provides functional health benefits, along with its ultimate freshness.

Integrated food company Betagro has taken home the Product Exporter of the Year - Poultry award at the recently held Asian Export Awards 2022 for its S-Pure chicken brand. Marc Tay, Executive Director of C S Tay, as the official S-Pure representative in Singapore, received the award on 21 November.

The chicken brand, which has been exported and launched into the Singapore market since 2021, is known as a high-quality, fresh air-flown chilled chicken that is free from antibiotics at every step of the production. It is flown by air from Thailand to Singapore on the same day

Considering Singapores status as a mature and developed market in food and food-related products, S-Pure has initiated the first fresh chilled chicken products from Thailand to suit the consumersneeds. The brand does this by providing functional benefits, along with the ultimate freshness of the poultry.

The product assures customers freshness, cleanliness, and safety, as it is produced through a 100% natural farming process. The chicken also has no growth hormones and promoters added during the raising process. Most importantly, S-Pure products are the first in the world to be certified by NSF from the United States ensuring to have been produced from no antibiotics chicken from Day 1.

Betagro operates a vertically integrated business model, which covers all stages of the food value chain including upstream, midstream and downstream from feed production, animal health products, commercial farming, slaughtering and processing to sales of quality food and pet products.

It has production bases and distribution channels across all regions of Thailand, exports to other major international markets, and expands its business to neighbouring countries.

The prestigious awards programme lauds exceptional products and services that have enhanced a company's business in the regional export scene.
