USANA Health Sciences’ Viviene Lee secures Executive of the Year - Consumer Products - Non-Durables Award

Vivienne Lee, the Regional VP of Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan of USANA Health Sciences, has been honoured with the Executive of the Year - Consumer Products - Non-Durables award at the Malaysia Management Excellence Awards 2023, a recognition of her unwavering dedication and tireless efforts in fostering the growth of the company and uplifting its people.

Since assuming the vice-presidential role in 2019, Lee has played a pivotal role in USANA Health Sciences Malaysia's consecutive growth over four years, from 2018 to 2021, achieving an impressive 29% growth rate in 2021 alone. Her influential leadership has led to the acknowledgement of USANA Health Sciences in various countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, by Euromonitor International.

Vivienne Lee stands out as a versatile and exceptional mentor, demonstrating a keen understanding of her team members' strengths and challenges. Her sincerity and genuine connection with the USANA Health Sciences workforce have earned her the trust needed to drive collective success. Lee's strategic thinking has facilitated collaborative idea generation amongst markets and has provided opportunities for second-level managers to advance their skills.

The recent global pandemic posed challenges for USANA Health Sciences, impacting the sales of nutritional products. In response, Vivienne Lee approached this adversity as an opportunity to devise strategies and changes that would keep USANA relevant to its customer base.

Lee implemented a series of changes, including diverse promotions and activities to attract consumers, online flash sales for increased customer engagement, free delivery services, and strategic meetings with various stakeholders to gain insights into the fieldwork. Additionally, she introduced innovative ideas, such as leveraging skincare to compliment customer acquisition, strategy alliance with third-party companies to position USANA's brands, and launching the Sales Growth Bonus programme to lift the willingness of the business associates to kickstart their businesses with the company.

In a testament to her commitment to empowering USANA business builders, Vivienne Lee launched the PPPS Masterclass—a comprehensive platform that highlights, celebrates, and trains distributors in the early stages of their USANA Health Sciences journey. This initiative serves as a valuable tool for business builders as it focuses in building trust, paying more attention on the journey that  attract new associates and achieve success within the PPPS framework.

Despite the challenges encountered, Vivienne Lee's unwavering commitment and perseverance have not only helped overcome obstacles but have also led to the development of effective solutions, yielding promising results.
