Qwik’s seamless agile apps solution provides impact on enterprise businesses

It features innovative apps for omnichannel business solutions.

Qwik, a creation of Channels by STC, features innovative and unique apps for omnichannel business solutions for business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), and online and in-store transactions. Its app solutions connect every step of multi-channels from eCommerce, point of sale (POS), mobile POS, kiosk and order management to inventory and financials so the team can focus on its customers.

A mobile point-of-sale solution provides merchants and sales associates with the tools and information to assist and engage end consumers.

Its B2B integration solutions provide its services on partner systems such as Amazon, Lulu super stores, and banking marketplace, amongst others. Whilst, its B2C services provide delivery mechanisms for corporate sales solutions.

Qwik has a strong distribution network, as its pro-Qwik B2C services provide growth-oriented telecom products and services for convenience in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The app also has a unique single platform for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries supporting each country's business models and currencies.

Moreover, the app’s solution holds more than 70% of the market share in Electronic Vouchers Distribution, as its POS solutions draw big market shares with its services for voucher printing, bill payment, top-up and utility payment services across GCC countries.

Qwik’s unified cloud-based solution also provides the flexibility and adaptability to grow its business, reduce operational costs and streamline businesses, and improve the customer experience.

Tamimi stores, one of its clients, said: “Our businesses go up after [we] start listing Qwik apps services on our stores.”

The technology has been recognised by the Middle East Technology Excellence Awards, as it clinches the Enterprise Software - Telecommunications category.

The prestigious awards programme honours outstanding companies in the region that made exceptional contributions in pursuit of technological innovation in their respective industries.
