Nominations are now open for Malaysia Management Excellence Awards 2023

Submission of entries is until 06 October 2023.

Malaysia's economy, known for its resilience and diversity, is supported by a robust business sector. With its strategic location, well-developed infrastructure, and skilled workforce, Malaysia has emerged as a thriving hub for trade, investment, and entrepreneurship in Southeast Asia.

Strong leadership is crucial for businesses in order to navigate the ever-changing economic environment and effectively manage risks. In today's dynamic and competitive landscape, businesses face a multitude of challenges, ranging from technological advancements to market disruptions and global uncertainties. It is during these times that strong leaders become indispensable.

To recognise exceptional business leaders and teams in Malaysia, the Malaysia Management Excellence Awards has returned for its third year. The awards programme seeks to recognise pioneering leaders, teams, and initiatives that have paved the way for positive business gains for a company.

The Malaysia Management Excellence Awards is open to nominations of top-level executives, innovators, and teams that have recently launched successful and notable projects. It is also accepting entries for employee engagement, health & wellness, and CSR initiatives that have had a positive impact on a company and its employees.

One of the past winners of the awards programme is Sinowaja Malaysia’s Shir Nie Pang, who was named Executive of the Year - Energy at Malaysia Management Excellence Awards 2022.

“It would be a great appreciation to Ms Pang for awarding her this award. Her initiatives in the implementation of fiscal policy do not affect the welfare of employees and at the same time ensure the continued growth of the company throughout the period,” the company said about Pang’s win.

The deadline for the submission of entries is on 06 October 2023. Winners will be honoured at an awards dinner to be held in November. During the event, winners may celebrate their recognition alongside fellow award winners as well as network with clients, industry peers, and colleagues across various industries.
