CMC Global solutions include the adoption of low-code, no-code and robotic process automation (RPA) technologies that allow clients to streamline their workflows, reduce operational costs, and enhance productivity. By empowering businesses to create applications and automate processes with minimal coding expertise, they enable faster deployment and greater agility. The company offers standalone low-code, no-code, and RPA services, as well as low-code, no-code RPA as a service. The core technology of CMC Global’s RPA is distinguished by its use of intelligent process automation (IPA), which combines RPA with artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and business process management (BPM) to manage rule-based processes. CMC Global also integrated RPA extension solutions by combining with AI along a low-code development platform and deploying on the cloud as well as on-premise. These integrations offer enhanced adaptability without manual intervention, advanced data handling, smart automation, and comprehensive management.

Transformative success stories: How CMC Global’s solution drives client impact

Amongst these clients is one of the most prestigious airlines in Southeast Asia for a technology consultation on business process automation. Through an internal employee survey, the client revealed that 90% of their staff have been burdened with repetitive tasks, consuming 22% of their time. This finding has highlighted the need to cut labour costs and enhance productivity by automating these tasks.

Based on throughout analysis, CMC Global decided to leverage both open-source and commercial RPA technologies to address the identified challenges. The open-source RPA platform was chosen for its customisation and integration capabilities, whilst commercial RPA products ensure compatibility with existing legacy systems. CMC Global has also advised integrating low-code solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency. Low-code platforms enable the airline to develop applications quickly, automate workflows, integrate external data APIs, and deploy solutions on the cloud.

Six months after the project went live, a comprehensive assessment by the airline's internal team has revealed impressive insight for their company, such as the automation of 80% of repetitive tasks, 40,000 transactions being handled by robots, saving 5,000 hours of manual work, US$30,000 savings in labour costs, and 90% employee satisfaction.

Throughout more than four years of continuous growth, CMC Global has earned the trust of numerous leading domestic and international enterprises across various sectors, including aviation, manufacturing, banking, and insurance. The solutions have served over 30 successful projects and currently serve more than 50 ongoing projects, fuelling high revenue growth for three consecutive years.
