The award-winning initiative—a digital coupon and voucher system—has reimagined the guest experience. Designed to make stays smoother and more engaging, guests can redeem vouchers across multiple hotel touchpoints by simply scanning their key cards. Whether it’s a spa treatment or a dining promotion, the process is intuitive and paperless, reflecting a shift toward more sustainable operations.
This project is the result of a collaborative effort between Centara’s Corporate IT and Operations teams, with invaluable input from frontline service staff. Together, they crafted a system that does more than drive upselling revenue—it has annually eliminated over 500,000 paper transactions, significantly reducing waste. Within just four months, the system has already generated an impressive THB10m in additional revenue through upselling opportunities.

Guests, too, have embraced the change, praising the convenience and simplicity of the system. By reducing the need for physical vouchers, Centara has not only streamlined operations but also made stays less stressful.
