Bahwan CyberTek's ITSM Project shines at Middle East Technology Excellence Awards 2023

This win is a testament to BCT’s customer centricity, its focus on delivering enhanced experiences, and an indication of its growing commitment to the MENA region.

Bahwan CyberTek (BCT) was recognised at the esteemed Middle East Technology Excellence Awards 2023 held in Dubai, recently. BCT secured the award in the ICT - Healthcare category for its innovative IT Service Management (ITSM) Managed Services project.

BCT earned this recognition for accelerating digital transformation initiatives of a leading healthcare institution in Dubai. BCT successfully integrated the healthcare institution’s IT and security operational systems, built a unified service desk, and delivered enhanced customer experience. Driven by a ‘Fit for Future’ framework and powered by Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics, BCT was able to shift the institution’s IT services and support from a reactive to a predictive function.

First, the BCT team swiftly implemented a Network Operations Center (NOC) to host and manage a 24x7 centralised, unified service desk for reliable and ‘always on’ connectivity, which is crucial for healthcare. The NOC built resilience against threats, optimised network performance like troubleshooting, and deployed software updates 24*7.

Second, the team orchestrated a transformative overhaul of the Ivanti ITSM solution, fully harnessing its functional capabilities and seamlessly integrating advanced AI and automation tools including SmarterD, Av3Ar, and Nextthink. This brought in the right synergies to build digital value at scale and establish risk-aware ecosystems, strengthening core security.

Lastly, the team deployed a robust service delivery framework with real-time operational dashboards to enable senior management to make crucial decisions to improve service delivery to both internal users and end customers.

“We are honored to receive this award. This win reflects BCT’s commitment to the region, and is a testament to the success of our Fit for Future framework that helps enterprises stay ahead of the digital curve,” said Mr. Jiten Sil, VP – Strategic Initiatives, Bahwan CyberTek. “Healthcare providers, especially in this age of hyper-connectivity, are seeking managed service providers who can improve administrative efficiency, produce faster turnaround times, and ultimately deliver enhanced patient care.”

“Equipped with deep-domain expertise, knowledge capital, and outcome-based business approach, BCT can meet the evolving digital demands of healthcare providers, making us the ideal digital partner,” he added.

BCT's triumph at the Middle East Technology Excellence Awards underscores its profound influence in shaping healthcare technology. By pushing the limits of what's possible, reshaping service delivery, and harnessing the potential of advanced AI and automation, Bahwan CyberTek is at the forefront of driving a future where technology seamlessly integrates with healthcare, leading to improved experiences and outcomes.
