Following this success, Krian Upatkoon, Executive Director, talks about the transformation journey of the Magnum brand. The reinvention of the Magnum brand started with physical outlet renovations and iPad ticket check-ins. With the introduction of the Magnum-Life game, the company has attracted the attention of the second generation. The Self Service kiosk (SSKs) was developed to create an equal and comfortable buying experience for all generations, meeting customer expectations. The success of the SSKs has resulted in increased game sales.
