Within these partnerships, she has worked on the merger of Malaysia's leading telecom companies, Celcom and Digi. Her expertise helped establish an impactful and future-facing new brand, CelcomDigi, in the industry.
Dr. Grace Xiao Zhang and Prof. Di Fan
Dr. Grace Xiao Zhang is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Journalism and Communication, Hong Kong Shue Yan University. She obtained her PhD degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Her research interests include marketing communication, cross-regional media consumption, media effects, and health communication.
Her research appears in high-ranking academic journals, including New Media & Society, Social Media + Society, Telematics and Informatics, and International Journal of Operations & Production Management.
Dr. Di Fan is currently an Associate Professor and Assistant Dean at the School of Fashion and Textiles, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a researcher in the areas of sustainable operations management and global supply chain. His research findings and commentaries were featured in over 100 reports from international media.
He also published in practitioner journals, including Harvard Business Review, Supply Chain Management Review, and Management and Business Review.
Dr. Masri Abdul Lasi
Dr. Masri Abdul Lasi is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Cawangan Terengganu, Kampus Dungun. He specializes in digital marketing, marketing technology, artificial intelligence in business, consumer behaviour, and branding strategies.
With experience in academia, consultancy, and professional training, he actively shares insights on education, digital transformation, and marketing through public talks, media appearances, and academic writing. Dr. Masri is also passionate about developing students’ professional skills, personal branding, and industry readiness in today’s digital era.
Dr. Sabine Schaffer
Dr. Sabine Schaffer is Co-Founder of Pro-invest Group, a leading integrated real estate platform within Australasia covering all aspects of development, asset management as well as day-to-day operations. The Group has in excess of $3 billion AUD across hospitality and commercial assets and is setting new benchmarks in ESG, with all assets within the Pro-invest network have some of the highest environment ratings ( including the very first-carbon neutral hotel according to NABERS ratings). Sabine’s career spans from looking after Private Equity investments at 3i into retail schemes, working on high profile projects with McKinsey & Company focusing on Finance and Public Affairs, to being Director of Investments at a GCC based Private Equity firm. Sabine holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University as well as PhD in Economics from Leopold Franzens University, Innsbruck, Austria.

Gadi Sznajder is a cross-cultural business strategist and founder of GS Consultancy, with more than 20 years of frontline experience working across Japan, China, and South Korea.
