Nominees will be deliberated by a judging committee based on the nomination form and supporting documents submitted.

Top-level executives, innovative individuals, and dynamic teams who launched successful and notable new projects or innovations

Employee engagement initiatives that significantly enhanced the company's business

Outstanding Health & Wellness Initiative, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative and Corporate Social Responsibility projects that made a positive impact on the company.

The awards will be given per category in every industry.

ELIGIBILITY

For Executive/Innovator & Team of the Year categories - The executive, innovator or team must be able to showcase their remarkable contributions to the success and growth of their companies in the last 24 calendar months.

Initiative categories - The company should have launched a new project, innovation, strategy or initiative that made a positive impact to its workforce and/or customers, not more than 24 calendar months ago.
Note:
Companies in the following industries are not eligible to join the Awards Programme: Cryptocurrency, Tobacco, Multilevel marketing, and Products with claim of health benefits
CRITERIA FOR JUDGING
Executive of the Year (CEO, COO, Chairman, MD, and other C-level/top-level executives)
- Achievements - How did the executive's exceptional leadership help drive the company's growth?
- Challenges & Solutions - What were the biggest challenges that the executive encountered in moving the company forward? What solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges?
- Innovation - What new ideas did the executive introduce to substantially boost the company's business?
Innovator of the Year
- Uniqueness - What were the unique and innovative initiatives that the innovator spearheaded?
- Success - Discuss the innovator's recent notable contributions in pioneering the solution which led to the significant growth of the company.
- Effectiveness - How effective was the innovation and how did it impact the company?
Team of the Year
- Achievements - What were the team's remarkable contributions to the company's growth?
- Challenges & Solutions - What were the biggest challenges that the team encountered in driving growth? What solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges?
- Innovation - What new ideas did the team introduce to substantially boost the company's business?
Employee Engagement of the Year
- Strategy - What were the recent strategies implemented to engage the company's employees and enhance fulfilment with their careers?
- Effectiveness - How effective was the strategy and what was its impact on the workforce?
Health and Wellness Initiative of the Year
- Strategy - What were the recent initiatives implemented to navigate current headwinds due to the pandemic? What strategies were launched to motivate the workforce or solutions to help your customers during the challenging time of the pandemic?
- Effectiveness - How effective was the strategy and what was its impact on the workforce, the company's business and/or customers?
Diversity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year
- Uniqueness and Innovation: How does the initiative demonstrate unique and innovative approaches to promoting diversity and inclusion?
- Effectiveness and Impact: What specific goals or objectives were set for the initiative, and how well were they achieved?
- Sustainability and Scalability: Is the initiative designed to be sustainable and enduring in promoting diversity and inclusion?
CSR Initiative of the Year
- Uniqueness and Innovation: To what extent does the CSR initiative demonstrate a unique and innovative approach to addressing social and environmental challenges?
- Effectiveness and Impact: How effectively does the initiative deliver tangible results in terms of positive social or environmental impact?
- Dynamism: How well does the initiative respond to changing societal needs and emerging global trends?

4. You will then receive an email confirmation from the Malaysia Management Excellence Awards organisers after your nomination has been received.
5. Should your supporting documents not be ready yet and were not submitted through the nomination form, you may send them to danica@charltonmediamail.com on or before September 13.
Note: Each nomination form is valid for one (1) entry only. If you are nominating several projects, please enter each separately.

How do I nominate?
You can send an entry via the online nomination form where you have to fill in details about your company and the product that you wish to enter. You also have to submit a 500-word write-up summarising your achievements and/or initiatives, highlighting why it should win an award.
How many winners per category?
Only one (1) winning company will be awarded per category in each industry.
Can I send two or more entries for our company?
Yes, you may send a maximum of 3 entries. One online form is valid for one entry only. If you are submitting multiple entries, please enter each separately in the nomination form.
