The convenience factor is key, as this AR encounter can be effortlessly accessed through a quick response (QR) code, permitting healthcare professionals to engage with it from any location and at their convenience. 

The resounding feedback from healthcare professionals has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing profound fascination and praise for the user-friendly nature of the AR experience. Some have even integrated augmented reality images of the dialysis machine into their key opinion leader (KOL) engagement efforts.
