With more than 20 years of experience in financial sector, she is leading a team of over 3,500 professionals across Greater China in delivering comprehensive business solutions that drive growth and enhance competitiveness for financial institutions, covering a broad spectrum of work from strategy, transformation, risk management, performance improvement to information technology.
Effie has been recognized in pioneering the development of EY APAC FinTech and Innovation services and has developed a dedicated team of FinTech experts in China with proven track record in deploying Big Data, AI, blockchain, RPA, and other cutting edge technologies to improve business efficiency, reduce operational costs, and manage risks.
With extensive understanding and experience with financial business, Effie has successfully implemented
numerous FinTech projects, aligning advanced technologies with business demands, and bolstering the innovation capabilities and competitiveness of financial institutions. Effie was honored with the Magnolia Silver Award in 2021 in acknowledgement of her outstanding contributions to Shanghai's development.
Effie is a graduate of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and holds a master degree of business administration from Schulich School of Business, York University in Canada. She is a fellow of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Certified Management Accountant (CA).

Lyon is a Partner with KPMG in Singapore’s advisory practice where he specialises in digital business, process transformation, cyber security, and data and analytics consulting services.
He has over 23 years of professional experience working with various government agencies and multinational companies in Singapore. He used to be the Chief Information Officer for KPMG in Singapore and was responsible for directing and managing the firm’s IT initiatives.

I have over 23 years’ experience in our insurance practice, and have provided auditing, accounting and consulting services to a wide range of life and non-life insurance clients, principally in the UK and Hong Kong. I also have experience of working in several countries around Asia, most notably
Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia.
I spent approximately seven years working with insurance clients in the UK, which included Zurich, RSA Group and LV. I have since spent over fifteen years in Hong Kong (>10 as a partner) where I have continued to provide audit, transaction related and consulting services to a range of insurance clients including, HSBC Insurance, Hang Seng Insurance, AIA Group, AIG, Aegon, Fairfax Group entities, QBE, BUPA and various others. I have also worked with the Hong Kong Government on the design of the
policy initiative to regulate individual indemnity hospital insurance under
the Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme (VHIS). I have significant experience in the provision of assurance services, including HKFRS/IFRS statutory audits, and insurance regulatory matters, including representing the profession on the HKICPA Insurance Regulatory Advisory Panel.
I also have extensive reporting accountant experience in supporting insurance companies through IPOs, debt offerings and due diligence reviews in the Hong Kong market.

Dong-Hyun (Alex) Lee is a Senior Partner at EY Consulting Korea with over 23 years of consulting experience. He currently leads the Digital Innovation (DI) Business, an integrated organization that covers digital strategy, data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and cybersecurity. In addition to this role, he serves as the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Industry Group Lead across Korea, Japan, and ASEAN, where he helps clients drive transformation and growth in an increasingly digital and connected marketplace. While his recent focus has been on the TMT sector, Alex has also built extensive consulting experience in the automotive, consumer products, and retail industries, enabling him to bring a broad, cross-industry perspective to complex business challenges.

Henry has assisted companies, especially entrepreneurs since 1993 to grow their business in Asia through IPO, M&A, Accounting & other advisory. He has many years of experience in the China market. Henry also sits on the board of a number of listed companies.

GUIDELINES
- Each company may submit up to four (4) categories only.
- Each nomination form is valid for one entry only. If you are nominating more than one project or in more than one category, please fill out the forms separately.
- Upon submitting your nomination, you may opt to include promotional video of the innovation to effectively convey the story and make the judging process more engaging and accessible.
- A panel of chosen industry experts will evaluate the nominations based on the write-ups and supporting documents submitted.
- Submit your entries and supporting documents on or before September 5, 2025.
- The nomination is free of charge. Should you win, by opting for one of the winners package option below, you can secure your seats at the prestigious awards dinner and gain access to a wide range of valuable benefits

- launched, in part or full, over the last 24 calendar months
