Multi-internal activities that include competition encourage active readership, increase awareness of the company’s updates, and foster engagement. Employees Children’s Day meanwhile allows employees to share their workplace with their families, enhancing work-life balance and community spirit. Additionally, occasional celebrations such as Saudi Founding Day and Saudi National Day involve festive events that immerse employees in cultural heritage, promoting unity and pride. Finally, the Value Champ Award recognises individuals who embody TAM’s core values, celebrating excellence and fostering a shared sense of purpose.

TAM’s squads are a core element of the company’s employee engagement strategy. These cross-functional teams not only align employees with TAM’s strategic goals but also foster a sense of ownership and collaboration. By focusing on areas like client relations, knowledge sharing, and internal operations, the squads empower employees to contribute meaningfully, driving innovation and creating a more engaged, motivated workforce.

The TAM Morning Café engages an average of 70% of employees weekly; the internal competition sees active involvement from an average of 60% of employees; in addition to that, encouraging physical fitness activities such as participating in the Riyadh Marathon featured 10 participants, reflecting the company’s dedication to physical along with mental health and team spirit; the Employees Children's Day attracted about 80 employees and their families; and significant national celebrations like Saudi Founding Day and Saudi National Day boast an impressive participation rate of approximately 90%.
