The cornerstone of AXONS Move's success lies in its innovative introduction of route optimisation, leveraging a ‘nearest neighbour algorithm' approach anchored in the Google Map API distance matrix calculations. By utilising real-time traffic data, this innovative approach allows the accurate calculation of average time and distance. 

The AXONS Move platform encompasses five core modules: Transportation Management System (TMS), Customer Location System, Route Optimization Program, AXONS Move 'Proof of Delivery' Application, and Delivery Tracking Application. These interlinked modules work in harmony to diminish delivery time and refine logistical performance, ultimately prolonging the shelf life of products – an element of paramount importance to CPF, a distinguished fresh food producer. Therefore, the optimisation of the delivery remaining time is the greatest importance because it is directly correlated with the longevity of the products. 

From the earliest stages of raw material procurement to the final stages of finished product distribution, AXONS recognises the pivotal role of seamless delivery processes. This ethos is embodied by bespoke route optimisation and customisable delivery plans that are tailored to the business's needs.

A notable highlight is the provision of live delivery environment reports via GPS data sourced from the Google Cloud Platform, facilitated through a network encompassing over 200 GPS vendors. The integration of cutting-edge big data retrieval technology further empowers AXONS’s customers, enabling them to propel logistical management improvements, leading to impressive annual savings exceeding 30% in logistics expenditure and a commendable reduction of approximately 316 kilograms of CO2 emissions daily through the curtailment of delivery distances.

In addition, the improvement of delivering technology helps the logistics team, the sales team and the customer to be able to manage their time effectively. This dues to the accuracy of delivery plans and pick-up points and the transparency of the status tracking. Hence, they can reduce time spending on the transportation, and be able to focus more on their main jobs. For example, with more time, sales will be able to enhance a relationship with customers, or enlarge the customers’ pool. 

The journey of AXONS Move has only just begun. The forward trajectory envisions the seamless integration of an effective transport inspection process, coupled with AI-powered solutions.
