In addition, the improvement of delivering technology helps the logistics team, the sales team and the customer to be able to manage their time effectively. This dues to the accuracy of delivery plans and pick-up points and the transparency of the status tracking. Hence, they can reduce time spending on the transportation, and be able to focus more on their main jobs. For example, with more time, sales will be able to enhance a relationship with customers, or enlarge the customers’ pool.
