Dr. Lily Tan is a visionary business leader who attributes her success to the principles of the Law of Attraction—believing that positive intentions and focused energy can manifest meaningful outcomes. As the Co-Founder and Compliance Director of TnB Global Outsource Pte Ltd, she has cultivated a thriving accounting and advisory firm in Singapore, serving over 1,000 clients across diverse sectors, including retail, property development, shipping, and F&B.

Her academic journey is marked by a Ph.D. in Business Administration and an MBA in 2022. She achieved her ACCA qualification in 2000 and attained Fellowship status (FCCA) in 2010. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Dr. Tan specializes in SME accounting, tax advisory, and corporate compliance. Her career commenced as an Audit Senior in a mid-sized local audit firm, where she gained in-depth audit and compliance knowledge. She later co-founded TnB Global Outsource with Mr. Alex Bong, where she continues to lead with a forward-thinking and transformational approach.

Dr. Tan has been instrumental in integrating QuickBooks Online into TnB's operations, transforming the firm's service delivery. By leveraging this cloud-based solution, TnB has enhanced efficiency, eliminated manual tasks, and provided real-time financial insights to clients. This strategic move has enabled the firm to expand its services, including business transformation and data analytics solutions, catering to a growing clientele of over 5,000 small and mid-sized companies from Singapore and Malaysia.

In recognition of her contributions to the accounting profession, Dr. Tan was honored as one of Insightful Accountant's Top 50 International ProAdvisors for 2025. Under her leadership, TnB has received the OCBC Valuable Partner Award for 10 consecutive years since 2007—a testament to the trust and excellence the firm consistently delivers.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay, Teochew, Hokkien, and Cantonese, she bridges cultures effortlessly. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds joy in walking, reading, and traveling. Eric Chan graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has over 30 years of professional experience. He is the founder and Chief Coach of True Financial Training Academy. He is the first certified trainer and facilitator of Blair Singer Training Academy in Hong Kong. He is also the fellow members of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Hong Kong Chartered Goverance Institute (“HKCGI”), Chartered Goverance Institute, The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, first group of Certified Tax Advisor (Hong Kong) & Chartered Secretaries with Practitioner’s Endorsement. He worked in the Audit Assurance and Computer Audit Department of one of the International Certified Public Accountants Firm and also Finance Department of a Hong Kong listed company. He founded Reachtop Group (currently named as Reachtop KSHK Group) to serve small and medium enterprises. Over the past 26 years, he served thousands of personal and corporate customers. His group offers a wide range of services, including but not limited to accounting, company secretarial services, audit, tax consultancy, business consultancy, sales training, leadership training, team building, little voice management, setup of code of honour, personal breakthrough mentoring, business model consultancy and “zero” tax strategy. His group has helped numerous individuals and companies to solve sales, finance, tax, human resources management, corporate governance, information technology and other operational issues.

Lily has led an impressive career in external audit, internal audit and risk management in her 20 years working in the Finance industry. She specialised in financial institutions’ audit and risk management services during her tenure with Ernst & Young involving in major companies such as Maybank, Bank Simpanan Nasional, Kuala Lumpur City Securities and many others.

Thereafter, she joined Waterco Limited and was tasked to set-up and manage the Internal Audit department. During her tenure here, Lily was involved in internal audit, due diligence on acquisition of businesses in US and Canada, new business set-up and integration, for various business operations in Australia, New Zealand, China, UK and Malaysia.

Serving as the Managing Director at InTune Outsourcing, Lily plays a major role in strategic management, business development and people development. Through her commitment to this role, she helped InTune Outsourcing grow its bottom line and improved operational efficiency.

A member of MIA and a Certified Practicing Accountant from CPA Australia, she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from the University of Adelaide Australia.
