We are thrilled to announce the return of the Middle East International Business Awards, building upon the success of previous editions in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and China. On its 4th year, the awards is back to spotlight and applaud the accomplishments of top international firms operating in the Middle East.
In an exciting development for this year's Middle East International Business Awards, there will be a notable change in format. The awards will now be presented on a country-level basis, highlighting the exceptional contributions of international firms within each individual country in the Middle East. This strategic shift aims to celebrate and acknowledge the unique impact that these companies have made on the economies and communities of the region.
It is crucial to note that the eligibility criteria remain unchanged; the awards welcome participation from companies across all industries, provided that their global headquarters are situated outside of the Middle East.
Our previous awardees were lauded for their hard work and dedication that brought tangible contributions to their businesses. Some of them came from the biggest companies and organisations, including Bayer Middle East FZ-LLC, Cummins, New Balance Middle East Sportswear Trading LLC, The Hershey Company, Toray Membrane Middle East LLC, and Unilever Gulf.

Nominations for the Middle East International Business Awards will be meticulously reviewed by a panel of experts from the region's foremost accounting and audit firms, adhering to stringent judging criteria.
- Companies are invited to submit a maximum of three (3) entries only, ensuring a focused and competitive process.
-
1 project/ initiative must be submitted to 1 category only.

The nomination is free of charge. Should you win, by opting for one of the winners package option below, you can secure your seats at the prestigious awards dinner and gain access to a wide range of valuable benefits. Email danica@charltonmediamail.com for more information on pricing and inclusion.
- The deadline for submitting entries is set for 13 June 2024.
ELIGIBILITY
Eligible companies must have their global headquarters situated outside of the Middle East.
Country-Level Focus:
- Highlight specific achievements and initiatives that demonstrate your company's impact within the chosen country.
- Clearly articulate the local relevance and significance of your contributions.
Nominated Initiatives:
Eligible companies may nominate any initiative that highlight their excellent work in the region, such as:
✔ outstanding project, product or service launched for or with client/s.
✔ innovative internal practices or strategies.
Project Timeline:
The project, solution, product, service or initiative must either be:
- launched, in part or full, over the last 24 calendar months.
- launched prior to 24 calendar months and had recent innovations or upgrades.
Entry Format:
- Create a detailed entry (500-word write-up) showcasing your company's accomplishments, innovative initiatives, and significant contributions.
- Align your entry with the evaluation criteria: Uniqueness & Innovation, Effectiveness & Impact, and Dynamism.
Note:
Companies in the following industries are not eligible to join the Awards Programme: cryptocurrency, tobacco, multilevel marketing, and products with claim of health benefits
CRITERIA FOR JUDGING
The panel of judges will evaluate the entries based on the following criteria:

Uniqueness & Innovation - Did the project introduce new or cutting-edge innovation?
-
Effectiveness & Impact - Did the project achieve its objectives and targets based on specific measures used to assess its success? Was there impact on your company, clients, and industry?

Dynamism - Is the strategy, project, service or product flexible to changes and progressive opportunities?
HOW TO ENTER?
1. Go to the online nomination form.
- Read the award entry guidelines and eligibility for your reference.
- Fill out the company information and entrant details fields.
- Choose the industry category you'd like to enter under.
- Provide entry information:
- Entry title
- 500-word summary of the entry
- Key achievements
- Client testimonial/s (if any).
- Upload your supporting documents and project photos to further strengthen your entry.
- Choose the winners package that you will take up, should you win an award.
2. You will then receive an email confirmation from the Middle East International Business Awards organisers after your nomination has been received.
3. If you were unable to upload your supporting photos or documents in the online nomination form, send them to danica@charltonmediamail.com on or before the submission deadline.
- Three (3) entry photos are required.
- Supporting documents are optional, but will highly increase your chances of winning the award.
- Supporting documents must be in PDF, PowerPoint and/or JPG format. For supporting videos, Youtube.com or Vimeo.com links must be provided.

How do I nominate?
You can send an entry via the online nomination form, where you have to fill in details about your company and the project, product or service that you wish to submit for the awards programme. You will also be required to submit a 500-word write up summarising your entry, and highlighting why it should win an award.
How many winners per category?
There will only be one winner per industry category.
Can I send two or more entries for our company?
You may send a maximum of three (3) entries only. One online nomination form is equivalent to one entry, so if you are submitting multiple entries, please enter each separately.
What can I nominate?
You may submit any noteworthy company initiative, project, product or service that enhanced your business in the region.
Note that your entry should have been launched, in part or full, over the last 24 calendar months; if it was launched prior to 2 years, there should have been recent innovations and upgrades for improvement to be eligible for the awards.
